We will hike about 2/3 hours (depending on you preparation) and we will admire the beautiful Apulian countryside with ancient olive trees, mediterranean herbs and dry-stone walls. We will see the most beautiful and ancient olive trees of the area and an underground olive oil mill which dates back to the pre-roman age.
