When I close my eyes I see the gnarly olive trees stretching to the sea, the white walls of ancient cities touching the salty sky; in the background, I hear the voices of Michele and Manuel, footsteps on stone streets, and a sea of Italian voices and church bells.
I resisted writing my review because, as slow as it was, it was gone all too fast and my heart aches. We would return just to spend another day with the wonderful gentlemen.
If you have any doubts after reading this or the dozens of other glowing reviews, I don't know what to say other than I'm terribly sorry that you'll miss out on an experience that could be one of the most defining moments of your life.

Their approach is the best you can choose to get to know the region, its history, architecture, food culture and the overall way of life. I love everything about Italy, but slowly this is becoming my favourite part of that country which is why I keep coming back. And it has a lot to do with Apulia Slow Travel.
